Oh Did I Mention That We Saw Princesses?

Tiana in Her Glen
(Annie kept saying, "Mommy how is she real?" It was really special for her.)

I love love loved seeing Annie's face with each princess

Our Prince Loved the Princesses

"Oh Cinderella I only have eyes for you," thought Charlie. (He sprinted to Cinderella! He was so excited!)

Belle and the Kids

Annie's face is so priceless here. She was grinning from ear to ear like this the whole time.

I guess that Belle got jealous that Charlie ran to Cinderella so she stole a kiss.

To Infinity and Beyond

The kids got to see Buzz and Woody. Unfortunately Buzz was called by Star Command on a mission before he could take a picture with the kids. Charlie was ecstatic to get to take a picture with Woody. They also got to ride Toy Story Midway Media which had to be the most popular ride at MGM because the line had a 70-80 minute wait time the entire time we were there. Towards the evening we thought the line looked shorter but it was only because they shut down the regular line because there were so many fast pass holders. As we were trying to figure out the line situation a woman handed us fast passes for that time. It was truly a blessing since the kids love love loved it!

MGM Studios

At MGM we watched the Little Mermaid show. We felt the wind and rain. (It's good that Annie is over her fear of water.) Charlie talked about "the storm" for the next few days. "We saw a storm," he would say over and over until we acknowledged that we did indeed see a storm. Then we saw Little Einsteins, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Handy Manny, and of course Jake and the Never Land Pirates.

Charlie watching Handy Manny. Right after I took this picture, Handy and the tools fixed the bubble machine and the whole room filled with bubbles.

Annie watching Jake and the Neverland Pirates. Right after this picture, gold doubloons fell from the ceiling.

Travels to Disney World Resorts

I know you all have been anxiuosly awaiting the next post. Some of you more patiently than others. It was highly difficult to blog in Disney World since the three kids were keeping our hands full. Charlie needed full attention from an adult at all points so as not to dart towards a ride, the characters, or the water. Needless to say, they were very excited. Here are their faces as we traveled on the bus to MGM.

My mom wanted to go during this part of the year because she had heard about the Christmas lights at Disney. It was amazing. They made it snow as you walked through. It was so neat to feel cool as we looked at the Christmas lights in the snow. It really brought forth holiday cheer.

Even Maggie enjoyed all of the excitement at 3 months old.

Cutest Trick-or-Treaters Ever!

(Just have to say - I love how Annie was going to be a fairy and then the second she saw Emma, she wanted to be Rapunzel too! So glad mom is super mommy and thought to throw that costume in the van as well. Annie looks up to her cousin Emma so much and she said that next week Addie will have to come trick-or-treating with her too.)

Our Saturday Evening

A simple Saturday evening. We watched "Prince Caspian." John and Charlie put together a cool truck that Uncle James and Aunt Annie got him for his birthday. Annie and Charlie played hide-and-seek together. They played the game well together: No fighting. Charlie has been working hard at getting along with his sister. He says numerous times throughout the day., "It's not a competition." Something I started saying to them because everything, literally every activity in our household has become a competition or a race.
Annie runs to put her bowl in the sink first.
Charlie darts up the stairs first.
Annie says she can take a bigger bite of her pizza than Charlie.
Charlie says he's going to get to the potty first.

So needless to say I have been the referee the past few weeks. The quiet evening of the kids playing together and the sisters chillin on the couch together was refreshing.

Maggie's New Trick

Maggie can see the world from a new perspective now that she can hold up her head so well.
